Domestic Shipping
Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S.:We ship during our open Business days which are Tuesday through Saturday, except for December we are open 7 days a week. We are closed on all national holidays.Processing time varies based on the day your order is placed. Processing time is 24 hours to 5 days. The processing time does not include the shipping time. Paid shipping is estimated within 1 - 7 business days from the time it is shipped (processing time not included). Free shipping is estimated within 1 - 7 business days + processing time.
We ship through the United States Postal Services ,UPS and FedEx. We offer several different delivery methods through each service to save you money and get your items to you timely.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Please note that due to shipping company delays, there may be delivery exceptions, and this is not the cause of Bella Lucca.
Delivery dates for Free and Regular USPS shipping are not guaranteed.We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
Once the package has left our warehouse, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
If your Express order is placed after 2pm CST, then it is set to ship out next business day. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
If you use a coupon code for Free Shipping, we reserve the right to ship the most economical way.
