Ordering online is so convenient because we can shop while riding shotgun, or at the ballfield, or in our pjs, yet it’s also taking a risk because we can’t try it on or feel it with our bare hands. Bella Lucca strives to make each of our customers happy and satisfied because of the gamble you are taking shopping with us. We are confident you will love your experience with our boutique, however we love to shop also, and understand problems arise. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it better!
Here’s the fine print:
- As soon as your package arrives, we ask that you look it over immediately. We carefully examine and hand wrap each item so we know we’re sending quality merchandise, however we know mishaps happen.
- If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within three business days of receipt of your order.
- If you were sent an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please contact our customer service team within three business days of receipt of your order.
- Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must still be attached in their original unaltered manner.
- Anything purchased at a discounted priced, including SALE or CLEARANCE is a FINAL SALE.
- Items NOT eligible for return include jewelry, swimwear, bras, bralettes, seamless bandeaus, cropped camis, shoes, hosiery, socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, and gift cards.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or store credit.
- ALL SEASONAL items are FINAL SALE (including but not limited to: Game Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras).
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- If a return is approved by our customer service team you will be given a return authorization number and instructions on how to make your return to us via email. **Returns WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization**
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received back to Bella Lucca within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return package to arrive to us. We recommend that you keep a record of your return tracking number.
- Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Bella Lucca is not responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.
Unfortunately, due to our quick selling lines and limited number of pieces we are unable to allow exchanges. If you are in need of a different size, we recommend you make your purchase ASAP if we have your size in stock.
Changing, Adding or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to make a change to an order just placed, you must contact us immediately. If our team has not begun fulfillment or your order has not left our facility, we will make any change request needed. However, if one of the two stated actions above have already begun, we’ll be unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
